• Driver's License or California ID
• Social Security Card
• 2 Letters of Recommendation
• TB/PPD Skin Test (we will send you if you do not have one)
• Physical Exam (we will send you if you do not have one)
• CPR card
• Auto Insurance
• Auto Registration
